Chapter 9 | Revitalizing Nature Mask
Step 1

Exfoliating and Hydrating Base Mask

Apply and massage Serenata night repair treatment liberally over face.

Step 2

Nourishing Antioxidant Mask

Then apply the following mixture as a top layer mask and leave on face for about 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Put about ½ cup of uncooked blended oatmeal into a bowl. Mix in some plain yogurt until texture is creamy. Then add any of the following blended ingredients:

  • Cucumbers (including peel) for all skin types
  •          
  • Strawberries or Raspberries
  • Papaya (including seeds) or Grapes (including seeds & peel)
  • Honey, Avocado, or Olive Oil (for dry skin)
  • Pineapple or Egg White (for oily skin)
Step 3

For a soothing finishing touch, cut a couple of round cucumber slices and place over eyes to reduce and calm puffiness.

* If you have dry or blotchy skin, apply Blanca+ over entire face before Serenata.  These two steps alone will exfoliate the skin and dead skin cells will roll off the face after 20 mins. This is a mini-mask treatment.  For a more intense mask treatment, follow with the Nourishing mask (see step 2 and 3).
